In 2017, Richard Ragland was enjoying a day with friends at a Tennessee lake, when he slipped under the water and drowned. Now, diver Rich Aloha has found Ragland’s GoPro camera at the bottom of the lake. The device contained footage of Ragland’s final hours. Aloha reached out to Ragland’s family about the footage.
